This scholarship is for a motivated high school senior with plans to enroll at Alabama A & M University; has a GPA of 2.50 or higher and has participated in extracurricular activities in the community and church organizations.

Watson Brown Scholarship

The Watson Brown Foundation awards more than 200 scholarships in the CSRA. The scholarship is renewable for each year of undergraduate course work if the student maintains their eligibility. Students must be attending a four year college or university to be eligible. GPA and financial need are considered.

The scholarship is for sons and daughters of SRNS employees. Scholarship selection is on the basis of general ability, leadership, scholastic assessment and achievement. Parents may request applications from where they work or students can acquire copies from their counselor.

This scholarship is open for any

athletic student planning to continue their academic pursuits. The scholarship will be awarded to a high school senior or student currently enrolled in a post secondary institute sport or in the community.

Value: Scholarships in the amount of $1,500.00 will be awarded annually to students enrolled in the study of Agriculture or an Agriculture related field.

The applicant must be a high school senior or not beyond the freshman year in college.
The applicant must have successfully passed their high school academic requirements and have college entrance exam scores qualifying their admission to an accredited Georgia College.
Applicant must be a Georgia resident and live in a rural county.
Applicant must be pursuing a degree directly related to agriculture.
